Exactly as described and my daughter says it is comfortable and fun to wear! She is a big-for-her-age 8 y.o. so I got the Jr's size. It fits her fine and has enough stretch that she can enjoy it for some time. Fun "dress up" clothes & costume accessories are hard to find in this size range and I definitely recommend these tutus!

Excellant..!

I originally ordered the wrong item and contacted the company for help. The customer service was excellent! They responded to my concern promptly, helped me clear up my order, and even followed up with me to make sure I got everything worked out. The tutu was perfect too. I would not hesitate ordering from them again.
