Here at Tutu Heaven™, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase!
We do our best to describe and picture each item in full detail.
We are always happy to answer any and all questions about the products we carry or provide any measurements you may need to assist you in sizing, material content, color...etc.

*Please Note that there will be slight color variances when viewing items on different computer screens.
You can find all exact measurements for each item in the description section of the listing as well as an actual picture of the item to be shipped.
Please e.mail us BEFORE ordering if you are not sure of a size or would like additional information.
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK ALL MEASUREMENTS FOR PROPER FIT *BEFORE* YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

Due to the Costume Nature of our product, Returns for a Full Refund will ONLY be accepted if the item you receive is NOT as described.
(EXAMPLE: You are shipped the incorrect Color or Size - different from what you originally ordered, different from item description).
Returned items will be inspected and matched to your original order upon receipt and refunds will be issued accordingly.
So please be accurate when stating your Reason for Return.

**ALL Returns MUST be Pre-Authorized**

**There WILL BE a 20% Restocking Fee for ALL RETURNS**

**Any Original Shipping Fees incurred by the Seller will not be refunded**

**PRIORITY & EXPRESS Shipping fees are NOT refundable**

**There will be a 20% Restocking Fee for any items that are returned due to Incorrect Addresses and for any EXPRESS Packages that are marked UNCLAIMED by the USPS and any shipping fees incurred by the Seller will not be refundable.

**RUSH MY ORDER Fees are NOT Refundable

* Please request a Return Authorization as soon as the item is received and tell us of the discrepancy.

* Please be honest and accurate when stating your Reason for Return - Returned items will be inspected and matched to your original order upon receipt and refunds will be issued accordingly.

* Once you receive your Return Authorization, your UNWORN/UNUSED item must be received in its ORIGINAL packaging with Tags STILL attached WITHIN 14 days of the initial order for your refund to be processed.

* Refunds will NOT be processed if item is received after 14 days.

* NO Returns will be processed without a Prior Return Authorization and they will be Returned to Sender at Buyers Expense.

* Please be sure to get a TRACKING # for your Returned Item - We will NOT be responsible for packages lost or misplaced in transit.

* If there are ANY signs of "Wear or Damage" to the Returned Item, or the "Tags Have Been Removed", a Full Refund will NOT be issued and the item will be Returned to you.

* SALE ITEMS are NOT Returnable or Exchangeable.

* CUSTOM ITEMS are NOT Returnable or Exchangeable.

All items are Size and Quality Inspected before shipping.
